C&EJ's has been offering Shimano reels ever since this brand was imported into the United States. Shimano service policy is probably the best service going. Here is Shimano's own Policy ---------

-------- No matter what a company says about their service the proof is in the pudding. I personally have sent reels back to Shimano for repair and usually what comes back is a Brand New Reel.
Please Note: All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. All returns must be authorized in advance and must recieve a Return Authorization Number(RAN).
